Our CineMilled Counterweights are available in three sizes: 1", 2", and XL. Each counterweight features male/female threading, allowing you to attach one to another as needed. This flexibility makes our counterweight system a key component in unlocking new camera configurations, potentially eliminating the need for arm extensions, tilt extensions, and pan extensions.

The XL Counterweight is designed to work seamlessly with our PRO Dovetail and Pan balance mounts. It's machined from 302 Stainless Steel for durability and reliability. The rear portion of the PRO Dovetail System features a "T" shape with a series of 3/8" threaded holes. This design allows you to attach our threaded weights to counteract heavy lenses or matte boxes, adding bottom counterweight to help balance top-heavy camera builds.

The Ronin PAN Balance Counterweight Mount is another feature that sets our counterweight system apart. By using this mount, you can avoid purchasing arm extensions. However, as you add weight to the gimbal, you might run out of PAN balance adjustment. That's where our weight mount comes in handy.
