The NATO Handle Kit (Plus, 100mm) is a quick release top handle that attaches and detaches without screws. The rail can be mounted front to back or side to side on any Seven 1/4"-20 and a 3/8"-16 tapped holes allowing front to back or side to side adjustment of the handle.
