LOVED IT!!

I wanted a mini-tripod, mainly for travel but also for low-to-the-ground macro work.  Since my typical body-lens combination weighs well in excess of six pounds, I needed to make sure the tripod would solidly support that level of weight and more without any chance that the legs might splay out, so this Camvate model with its 40-pound load capacity meets that requirement.  (The plastic leg tips help in that regard on smooth surfaces.)  I added a threaded adapter to accept a Manfrotto ballhead, so I'm good to go.
