It is a great arm for the price point. It does what you think it will. I?m flying a smallHD 702 Bright on mine and it is supporting that weight very well.
This double ball-head magic arm is generally used to support accessories to the camera cage, such as monitor, light, audio recorder and so on and plate that comes with 1/4"-20 threaded holes. 1/4"-20 thread screw on both ends are used for attaching additional accessories. Equipping with double ball heads that feature 360deg. swivel and 90deg. tilt, it can be freely adjusted in different positions and angels. The magic arm's unique design features a central single-point locking mechanism, which gives the user maximum mounting flexibility. This combination comes with two optional availability of a light stand head (column diameter: 16mm) and a 1/4" thumbscrew with ARRI locating pins, to better meet your various requirement.
