Starry Night

Got these Binoculars as a present with the intent of stargazing. The lenses are so clear and bring you incredibly close to the night sky. There are to lens adjusters, one which brings into focus and zooms in/out, and another one found on the right eyepiece that brings extra clarity, especially on a maximum zoom setting. Binoculars themselves are well built but still very lightweight. The case and lens cloth is an added bonus. Definitely a must have for stargazers.

Great Beginner Astronomy Binoculars

I took a chance on these after my much loved 15x70 astronomy binoculars broke and I like them so much--I've viewed Jupiter's little pinpoint moons, the smudge of the Andromeda Galaxy and of course the craters of our Moon. Unless one is specifically looking to upgrade from another pair, I would recommend these over the 15x70's for casual/beginning stargazing because they're so light one doesn't have to deal with all the hand trembling and need for a tripod that come with larger ones. Perfect to grab and take out to the yard.
