Works great didn't need it for Gps and focuser

Check if you really need it first

As must have for one or more accessories.

It works perfectly - to get that out in the open.

BUT I give it 4 stars because: If you use the equatorial wedge and an 8se the length of the cable is such that while tracking, the splitter side can snag between a large grip for the EQ mount bolt that is attached to the tripod. In my case while tracking this snag ripped the serial cat cable from the splitter - breaking the unit and risking the integrity of the jack built into the mount.

So I bought a second and watch for this. Either a longer cable or a method of attachment is recommended.

Sle wea relief

The Celestron Aux Port Splitter worked exactly as described. It is well made with a heavy cord and heavy enclosure that can be velcro'd to the telescope base.
