If you are upgrading your scope from one of the older controllers, please bear in mind that with this controller you will loose the auto-align feature. Celestron had to remove it in a settlement with Meade. Nevertheless, Adorama had great service and the controller is still an improvement in many other ways.

its functions flawlessly attached to the 8se mount. it does take some getting used to as the functionality has been changed. SLIGHTLY! other than relearning to use the keypad it great.
