I own another brand SCT. The wide range of accessories in Celestron/Mead  is what I want to use. My Visual Back will hot thread onto Celestron/Mead so instead of 2 thread adapters I can use 1 adapter and ths well made Visual Back.
I got my telescope back in 1985 from Fedco stores. It was a great price that I couldn't pass on. Until now all of the Mead and Celestron accessories could not be used because of my threads. Now ith the adapter ring and this Visual Back it is like I have a brand new telescope

This item is a simple non-optical threaded adapter to attach to the back cell of a Celestron or Meade SCT telescope.  It has threads to mate to a T adapter specific to your camera, again, there are no optics in the T-adapter.

Great, must have for my astrophotography. Care must be taken when threading into place.

Perfect for my Schmidt cassegrain for my various 1.25" attachments.

I use this adapter on a Celestron 6SE SCT OTA. It threads right to the telescope, but I use a Hirsch f/6.3 focal reducer/corrector and this threads right into it, no problems. It's no larger than it needs to be, good finish, good construction.
