The powerful broad light allows illumination over a wide area. Attach the hood and the broad light becomes a lightweight, 100 watt, softlight that produces beautiful skin tones while softening wrinkles and blemishes. The hood also helps eliminate squinting.

Softlights have a white interior which will change color over time causing a significant yellow/orange color shift. This discoloration adversely affects skin tones and other colors. The SL3000 features a color neutral metal reflector that is softer than white, and will never turn yellow.

The SL3000 is the ideal travel companion because it eliminates the need to carry umbrellas and bulky soft boxes. Three lights and compact stands will fit in a case only 25 inches wide. The SL3000 weighs 12oz.
