You can rely on the robust and lightweight 250' 8-Channel LC Multimode OM1 Fiber Optic Tactical Reel, designed specifically for high-demand broadcast and professional audio applications. This tactical fiber optic cable reel is engineered with LC connectors and features a multi-channel design, making it ideal for multiple deployments in field production, outside broadcasting, and rental houses.
Constructed with an OM1 Orange 62.5 Micron Multimode fiber, this cable reel is not only durable but also highly flexible. Its tight-buffered tactical cables are reinforced with internal aramid strength members, providing superior crush resistance in high traffic areas when handled correctly. The polyurethane outer sheath is designed to withstand crushing by both military tanks and Outside Broadcast vehicles, ensuring longevity and reliability.
This fiber optic tactical reel is crafted with meticulous attention to detail. All assemblies are multi-stage machine polished and tested to ensure optimal performance. The reel is built with OCC Multichannel Tactical Cable and heavy-duty connectors with dust caps for added protection. Each individual channel is ruggedized with Orange Techflex Protection and a 36-Inch fanout for enhanced durability.
The compact, round cable design facilitates easy transportation and deployment, making it a practical choice for adverse environments where reduced size and weight are crucial. The helically stranded cable core offers flexibility, deployment survivability, and exceptional mechanical protection for the optical fibers.
Tested and proven in military data communications applications worldwide, this cable reel can be used outdoors for temporary deployment directly on the ground in all terrains, including severe environments. It's suitable for outside broadcast, industrial, mining, and petrochemical environments, boasting chemical resistance.
The crush-resistant and resilient design features a thick layer of aramid strength members, and the polyurethane jacket provides abrasion, cut, and chemical resistance. Meeting and exceeding MIL-PRF-85045 specifications, the fanouts are color-coded with Orange Techflex for added protection.
This tactical fiber snake reel includes broadcast fiber optic cable reels with a connector protection cavity and a hinged latching door. Each reel is carefully selected to ensure proper support and the critical bend radius required by fiber optic cables. For optimal storage and longevity, it's recommended that tactical fiber optic cables over 25 feet be stored on a cable reel. Custom lengths and configurations are always available, ensuring a solution for every unique requirement.
