This studio-grade cable is designed with the OpticalCON DUO NO2SX to NO2SX Single Mode Hybrid SMPTE 311M configuration, specifically tailored for indoor studio use. Each assembly is meticulously factory terminated and machine polished in our advanced Fiber Optic Lab, ensuring exceptionally low return loss and insertion loss for optimal signal integrity.
The OpticalCON DUO SMPTE 311 cable is constructed with two single mode fiber UPC, two AWG24, and four AWG20 or (2x17AWG) stranded copper power conductors. It also features an overall copper braided shield and a stainless steel strength member for enhanced durability and signal protection.
The cable's ruggedized connector body, common LC contacts, and mechanical shutter system work together to shield against end-face contamination, ensuring your connections remain clean and clear. Please note that this cable is not compatible with the SMPTE 304M standard.
Designed to meet the specific conditions according to IEC 60664-1, this cable is suitable for indoor (studio) camera links, considering factors like pollution degree 1, overvoltage category 1, and rated voltage.
