The opticalCON assemblies are tested interferometrically to meet GR-326-CORE end face standards, ensuring high-quality transmission. The machine polishing process guarantees exceptionally low return loss and insertion loss, enhancing the overall performance of your AV equipment.

These cables feature a robust connector body with common LC contacts and a mechanical shutter system. This unique design shields against end face contamination, ensuring a clean and clear signal. The SMPTE 311M cable includes 2 singlemode fiber UPC, 2 x AWG24, and 2 x AWG16 or (2x17AWG) stranded copper conductors, an overall copper braided shield, and a stainless steel strength member.

Please note, this cable is not compatible with the SMPTE 304M standard. It is, however, suitable for indoor (studio) camera links under specific conditions according to IEC 60664-1, such as pollution degree 1, overvoltage category 1, and rated voltage.
