The cable reel is built in our Camplex Fiber Shop with OCC Multichannel Tactical Cable and robust Heavy Duty Connectors with Dust Caps. The individual channels are ruggedized with Orange Techflex Protection and a 36-Inch Fanout for added security and convenience. The compact, round cable design facilitates easy transportation and deployment, making it suitable for use in adverse environments where reduced size and weight are crucial. The helically stranded cable core offers flexibility, deployment survivability, and exceptional mechanical protection for the optical fibers. This fiber optic tactical snake cable reel has been tested and is currently in use in military data communications applications worldwide.
