The cable is built in the Camplex Fiber Shop with OCC Multichannel Tactical Cable and Heavy Duty Connectors with Dust Caps. Each channel is ruggedized with Orange Techflex Protection and a 36-Inch Fanout for added durability.The compact, round cable design makes transportation and deployment easy. It's designed for use in adverse environments where reduced size and weight are crucial. The cable core is helically stranded for flexibility, deployment survivability, and exceptional mechanical protection for the optical fibers.These cables have been rigorously tested and are currently in use in military data communications applications worldwide. They can be deployed outdoors directly on the ground in all terrains, including severe environments, making them suitable for outside broadcast, industrial, mining, and petrochemical environments. They are chemical resistant, crush-resistant, and resilient, with a thick layer of aramid strength members.The polyurethane jacket provides abrasion, cut, and chemical resistance, meeting and exceeding MIL-PRF-85045 specifications. The fanouts are color-coded with Orange Techflex for added protection. The cable features machine polished UPC Connectors, and back reflection is noted.This product includes a Camplex Tactical Fiber Snake Reel, which houses broadcast fiber optic cable reels with a connector protection cavity and a hinged latching door. Each reel is carefully selected to ensure proper support and the critical bend radius required by fiber optic cables. For tactical fiber optic cables over 25 feet, storage on a cable reel is recommended. Custom lengths and configurations are always available, providing a versatile solution for all your fiber optic needs.
