They just work.

When the blower brush can't clean the sensor these always have worked with the cleaning solution.

does the job;don't expect it does it all

It works but don't expect it can do it all for you on sensor cleaning though. No matter you do the wet sensor clean or dry clean, at the end, you will need to use one or two dry swabs to just wiping clean the sensor several passes then followed by several rocket blows. This is because no matter how you use the vswabs, it's going to leave dust on the sensor after it but if you dry clean the sensor, the dust on the sensor can then be easily blown off the sensor. BTW, no matter how you clean a sensor, you can't get 100% clean, this is the nature. But the tiny tiny dust still on the sensor may not visible to you at all in your real work shooting. So no need to worry too much.
