Creative Labs Inspire T12 2.0 Speakers, 18-Watts RMS

We bought the Creative Inspire T12 speakers for our audio lab, with the criteria being: - small footprint - proper sound - accepts wireless audio source (via bluetooth) and were satisfied. Last week another set of speakers broke so naturally I opted for the Creative Inspire T12 speakers again. Incredibly, the rightmost bluetooth button/indicator is gone (replaced by aux in), so looking closely at the package, there is no mention of wireless or bluetooth! After research I realize that some bozos at Creative decided to use EXACTLY the same model name to sell two DIFFERENT products! So beware, there are two models now: Inspire T12 Speakers (note how this does not specify "wired" or "wireless") versus Inspire T12 Wireless Speakers Jeez, they could have called them the T12w or T12bt or T13 to properly differentiate them.

I wanted a good pair of desktop speakers that didn't have a sub-woofer due to space limitations. Like most things I purchase, I spent a lot of time trying to find not only a good option but a good price. After hours of research over a few weeks I realized I was spending too much time looking for sub-$100 speakers and I settled on these speakers. Adorama had a great price on them (at the time) so I ended up with a really nice set of speakers. The only negative thing I can say about them is the mid-range response isn't the best. I was pretty happy with the highs and the lows especially for the price. Overall a great purchase.

These are great, clear sounding, I literally just got them in 20 minutes ago. the most i've went so far is halfway and they are so loud. Love it.
