Drawing on technology from Crown Audio's flagship Installed Sound amplifier, the DriveCore Install series, the CDi DriveCore 4|1200 is optimized to deliver streamlined functionality in large-scale installations. It's the ideal choice for diverse settings, including cinemas, houses of worship, hotels, and cruise lines.
This 4-channel amplifier is equipped with network control and monitoring capabilities, high-level Digital Signal Processing (DSP), and a user-friendly front-panel interface. It's designed to drive up to 100Vrms speaker loads without the need for a transformer, making it a versatile addition to any professional audio setup.
The CDi DriveCore series comes pre-loaded with JBL speaker tunings, ensuring quicker and easier installations. Crown's proprietary DriveCore technology significantly reduces the number of components within each amplifier, enhancing reliability and delivering incredible audio fidelity from a compact and efficient design.
Through HARMAN's HiQnet Audio Architect software, the CDi DriveCore offers comprehensive control, configuration, and monitoring via a standard TCP/IQ network. The on-board DSP allows for custom configuration and includes integrated features such as an Input Router, Input Delay of up to 1000ms, an 8-band Input Parametric EQ, a Crossover, an 8-band Output Parametric EQ, an Output Delay of up to 100ms, and a LevelMAX Limiter.
Each output channel of this advanced power amplifier is capable of providing either 70V or 100V for high impedance applications. The front-panel interface allows for complete configuration of the amplifier, while the combined GPIO/AUX Port enables preset recall, channel muting, fault monitoring, and power control.
