The Carl series DC-95 ia s rotary paper cutter that quickly cuts through paper. It has a hinged arm and a sturdy graduated plastic base. A magnetic arm keeps paper in place when positioned for cutting. The blade cartridge and rail make it easy to change out a dull blade.

Choose from perforated, scoring or straight blades. The Carl DC-95 is rated at cutting five sheets of standard copy paper.
