I received my CWL 102 and there are multiple scratches I emailed CT and I didn’t hear from them so I called and I was told that it was out of stock and discontinued already and it’s going to get scratched anyways so basically just deal with it or contact OpticsPlanet where you bought it. I was surprised for a big company telling me this.

Crimson trace is suppose to be so great with customer service and they are not. I bought this light back in March and put the control pad on my AR and the strap to the pad ripped in half. I have tried to contact them 5 times twice they told me a replacement was on its way and nothing showed up. So I tried to email them 3 times, have have got a response. I will not be buying anything from crimson trace anymore! I recommend to spend your money else where. They do not honor there warranty!

When you need a light and have to cycle through low beam and strobe to get the light you need. How about making an endcap with only high beam.

It’s a great light as far as the mounting and construction. I don’t know what good low barn and strobe is on a light that you are trying to shoot with. This thing only needs one setting, bright. The other settings in this light are counterproductive and just a pain in the ass when you are trying to get on a target in the dark. Just needs to be bright nothing else.

900 lumens of light is sufficient for many tasks. The bright white light it produces will be sure to brighten a dark space or temporarily impair the vision of a threat. It gives off a fairly centered beam pattern and the controls work very well, especially the pressure pad which illuminates the light no matter where it's pressed. And it and it's mounting options are very sturdily constructed and versatile enough to adapt to many different platforms.

I am planning on putting this piece of kit into my competition gear for night matches. Being that I have a couple of different competition rifles and shotguns; which sport different attachment options. This light will come in handy for sure. Especially, being it covers all current popular attachment methods in one simple system for one affordable price. I look forward thrashing this thing to see how this thing will hold up to the beating of competition.

Just mounted my new CWL-202 light on my AR-15 and it is perfect. Works as advertised, is very bright, and the remote pad works perfectly, as well. Highly recommended!!!

As the title says, this is a well made tac light. I have it on one of my AR's and it's like it was made for it. Looks nice and performs perfectly. It has everything you need to keep the wire from the switch in place. It has two velcro straps that work very nicely. Will definitely buy more CTC products. -Thx

Shame on me for thinking that since it used "CR123" batteries it would also take a stronger / longer lasting 186520 battery, like 3 other lights I have..The great sale price must have blinded me from this HUGE shortcoming..

This is my first tactical light, used it to sight in rifle at night at 70 yards flawless battery life sucks wish they made one battery to put in flash light rechargeable/ charger it would be worth the cost High /low is all that's needed teck costs money, adapter works fine for mounting to rail, keymod, or mLoc learn to use tools in your kit.

Mounted this on my Ruger PC9 Carbine. I have the pressure switch & it works great. Fit & finish are first rate. The light has a far reaching throw & gives you excellent view of where your gun is pointing.

Should have a QD mount to change to other weapons in seconds, plus have one with only a high beam. Don`t know why a low beam is needed.

I only gave it 2 stars as it should have a setting where it works automatically. In a firefight there is no time to mess with turning your light on.

Overall I found it to be the usual Crimson Trace high quality -only gave it 4 stars because I don't like the way you go through low and strobe to get back on high
