Too Thick

Beautiful Wood ! Work Great ! Went on perfect. Only dislike is they are too thick. Will make your 1911 feel like a double stack glock. 1.340 overall thickness when done. Love crimson trace products. Good Stuff. (posted 06/16/16

A great product

I took the LG-920's installed on my Para Expert to the range and with minimal adjustments had it zeroed in. Leaning against the wall of the booth I shot the 10 ring out of the target at 21 feet. Thats about half the size of what I normally shoot with the iron sights. The laser sure shows you how much you move when you think you're steady. I'm very impressed with shooting this grip sight. Now I have to take it off to have it wrapped for Christmas per wifies instructions. I hate it when that happens!

A fine product

My Crimson Trace Master Series Grips got here about an hour ago and they are beautiful. The fit was perfect and I had them on in just a few minutes. Very little adjustment was needed to align the laser to the fixed sight of the pistol at 25 ft. The checkering on the double diamond pattern, cocobolo wood is definitely top shelf. I'll be off to the firing range in the morning to adjust the dot to the impact holes. Can't wait!

Good but could be better

The good is perfect fit. Comes with plastic underlays between grip and frame (seals backside of grips).Typical laser performance that's great. Wood portion is very good. These replaced grips on a Springfield Range Officer and they are as good as the original. The bad. Uses a smaller adjustment wrench. So for multiple CT users like me, you now have to keep track of different wrenches. It also takes as much time to get the smaller wrench in place as it does to make the adjustment. Might have just been mine, but battery install was VERY tight. Could be issue at replacement time. Great laser overall, Very happy to own. Biggest issue is the smaller adjustment wrench. I see no practical reason for it.
