Easy to load using Windows Media Player.  Music and video clips work perfectly.  I take it to the gym, take it inline skating, plug it into my car stereo.  I just use Random Play all the time for variety.  W.M. Player will load it randomly from music on your computer if that's your preference.  The sound is very good for an Mp3 player, -I use after-market ear-canal-phones (Ultimate Ear Pro 5)for excellent sound.  I would buy another one without hesitation.

all like to add is the video quilty fooled me by other ownerships i love it i even got the clear plastic case for protection everyone should own it and stop depending on Ipods junk but ill get the higher storage soon 32 gigs some say its not worth it i say it is they don tknow how to use it comes with excellent software to convert music videos etc GO BUY ONEEE 1
