This light failed from the get go. It lights dimly to not at all with an occasional bright light.

I use it primarily for trips to the bathroom at night. I sleep in total darkness to promote deep healthy sleep, and by using a red flashlight at night I avoid shocking my eyes with bright light and also keep my pituitary gland secreting melatonin so I will get back to deep sleep quickly.
