Disaster!

Very very fast on my 2019 MacBook Pro.   Contrary to another review on here, I can boot from this SSD just fine and very quickly.  The other reviewer probably wasn’t aware on the current MacBooks, for security reasons, by default you can’t boot from any external drive.  I needed to do a recovery boot (I believe it was control R) and after verifying my ID i had to change a hardware setting to allow external devices to boot.   

Love the speed of this drive.  I’m getting the advertised speeds of roughly 900Mbps.  I use BlackMagic to verify speeds.

Excellent SSD

Using it as a backup of my photos file and the speed even though I have no instrumentation to quantify it is fast comparing with disk drive or any other storing method. On the size is it very small witch is good for storing in a backpack or desk drawer.
