Increasing my RAM from 512 MB to 2 GB-----my computer runs like a new one----and it is actually 7 years old. My only wish is that I had purchased it sooner ! I just wasn't ready to purchase a new computer yet----but all the new apps were killing the speed for computer searches----it was taking forever to perform almost all tasks-----I'm so glad I tried this product---best money I ever spent !

New memory module worked just fine - and installed easy. I will even order a second module if HP has a free shipping special in the next few months.

The customer service was very good, and precise. The memory modules work perfectly. The only thing I would suggest is that the instructions be more concise. Over all I would recommend HP to anyone, as I have been a HP customer for many years.
