This is my first SSD. The laptop I put this in is only a year old but what a huge difference this made. Everything is so much faster. Now I want one in every computer I use.

I purchased SSD Crucial MX200 1TB from Adorama, as a second drive for my desktop, almost 2 weeks ago. It works great and fast even faster and cheaper than similar SSD of other brands. I'm happy with the purchase that was made from Adorama, lower price than other merchant, free shipping and fast delivery. I've been a customer a with Adorama for over four years, I purchase all my camera accessories and electronics from Adorama, great merchant no problems. I would recommend this product and this merchant.

I have had the drive installed for about 3 weeks now and have no issues with it. It was easy to clone the drive from my old mechanical drive, and with win 7 expanded it to the full amount of drive. Took about 1 minute off my reboot time.

This SSD was simple to install. It came with cloning software that made it easy to upgrade from the existing SSD. I bought an enclosure to facilitate in the cloning process, and it worked great! It's fast and I haven't experienced any problems. I would recommend it to anyone.

I won't go over the same comments that were already posted here but I will just say that IT MAKES a huge difference compared to the basic hard drive coming with the Macbook Pro of Mid 2012. (see image for comparison) I do some photography, programming and video editing. The speed is mind blowing. I love that my Mac boots now in less than 10 seconds and is also IMMEDIATELY available to use. (compared to provious hard drive where I had to wait for the Dock to load + all the app shortcuts next to the battery and time) Now I can just launch any app directly and browse the web etc. Like others said, I really feel like I'm having a new Macbook! Regarding installation, there are a lot of tutorial online (especially regarding the way of creating a Bootable USB for a clean install of OS X) but I accidentally ended up on iFixIt.com and, well!, they do a great job!!!! Just make sure you have ALL the screwdrivers you need before hand! (or you'll have to do a quick night run to Lowes for a T6)
