About Cable Techniques 18" Balanced Dual XLR-3F to Unbalanced 3.5mm TRS Input Cable

The Cable Techniques 18" Balanced Dual XLR-3F to Unbalanced 3.5mm TRS Input Cable is designed to use with stereo pair of microphones. It is an integral high-quality transformer Balun for DSLR camera mic inputs. This transformer-balanced mic-to-DSLR camera cable offers a suitable solution when using an external battery-powered microphone on your camera.

You can maximize the quality of your audio when recording HD video on your DSLR. Mics like the Sennheiser MKE600, ME66/K6, Rode NTG-2 and Audio-Technica AT897 benefit from this cable's custom passive transformer, providing a linear 10Hz to 20kHz frequency response and proper impedance matching. Housed in the Neutrik xX-Series XLR with a durable 18.0" (457.2mm) cable and a molded mini connector, the CT-DSLR Camera Input Cable is built to last. It is a dual-XLR version for stereo pairs of microphones doing x/Y or ORTF configurations.
