Two-on-One Technology
Ball head and 2-way head - TWO in ONE head solution - The new CONCEPT ONE hybrid tripods are supplied with the world NOVELTY from CULLMANN: With the new unique hybrid ball heads the user can change between photo and video function in just a few seconds. Thanks to the patent-registered switching mechanism of the ball, it just takes some flicks of the wrist to transform the ball head into a 2-way video head. To do so one must only switch the Hybrid switch to VIDEO and then click the ball into place in the marked position. Thanks to this innovative Hybrid technology the photo ball head is converted to a 2-way video head in just a split-second.

Equatorial Head Clamping Mechanism
The clamping of the Hybrid ball became subject to a new direction. So the ball now is positioned in a circumferential plastic component and the clamping is achieved around the center of the ball (around the equator). This guarantees the ball cannot move during the clamping operation - neither up nor down - and it prevents the view frame from displacing.

Head-Tripod Connecting Mechanism
A further novelty is the direct screw connection by means of a 3/8" fastening screw between CONCEPT ONE tripod heads and CONCEPT ONE tripods. This type of fastening prevents accidental loosening of the tripod head on the center column. The standardized 3/8" connection thread makes the CONCEPT ONE Hybrid ball heads compatible with all common manufacturers.

Head - Camera Quick Release Coupling System
For mounting the camera, the Hybrid ball heads are fitted with the new QRC-System CONCEPT ONE OXC and thus UniQ/C and Arca compatible. Three optionally obtainable different camera plates with lengths of 35, 90 and 200 mm enable secure mounting of cameras for different applications.

Tripod Features
Just like all other models, the CONCEPT ONE 628M OH4.5V is delivered with the aluminum die cast tripod body with integrated bubble level and the top tripod legs are padded with foam. The 3-fold tripod leg adjustment with macro-position and additional short center column enables ground level shooting. With the robust quick-action screw clamps the tripods can be quickly and safely assembled and disassembled. The tripod legs can be folded up by 180 degrees to achieve an even shorter packing dimension for transportation. The center column hook, which can be swiveled by 360 degree, serves the purpose of attaching an additional weight for even more stability. In order to offer a high stability the legs are equipped with skid proof rubber feet and with robust metal spikes for outdoor use.

The Different Models of the Cullmann CONCEPT ONE Hybrid Tripod Range
The CONCEPT ONE Hybrid range comprises the three models CONCEPT ONE 622, 625 and 628. The models vary by the diameter of the top tripod leg (22, 25 and 28 mm). - The model 625M OH 2.5V and 628 M OH 4.5V offer the complete package: Tripod with removable monopod and hybrid head CONCEPT ONE with camera QRC System OXC.

The Different Hybrid Head Models
The new CONCEPT ONE Hybrid ball heads are available as four different models. First of all CULLMANN differentiates between the size variants 2.5 and 4.5. These differ in the models 2.5V and 4.5V with photo/video Hybrid switch including a video guiding handle and the models OH2.5 and OH4.5 as pure ball heads. The two models CONCEPT ONE OH4.5 and OH4.5V come with an additional stepless friction adjustment. For the models CONCEPT ONE OH2.5 and 4.5 the video function can still be upgraded by the separately obtainable video set OXC301.
