Good shooting support bag at affordable price.
Great shooting support bag. I got the bag only. Filled it with rubber pellets from two old bags from the shooting range. I sewed the filler mouth shut.
My only complaint is the stitching at the closure straps isn't the best but I sew the filler mouth shut, use rubber pellets so that's not a deal breaker for me. Use good filler and not sand.
I've always had great luck with Caldwell Products.

Best value front rest bag. I have had my rest for a number of years, unfortunately worn out and had to replace. Look forward to many more years using the new one.

Great Rear bag
Have always use sandbags for my rear stock. End of the rifle was ordering a new front end and decided to purchase the rabbit your style have used it a number of times works great. Recommend the combination.

I wish i had it

TackDriver No Frills...All Function
I bought the TackDriver based on it's simplistic X-Design and long-time tried and true reviews. Let me help you decide for yourself. Personally a heavy bag for bench use is more important for my applications so I had no concern for field pack weight. Most Caldwell bags are filled with quality CCM - reloaders know all about Corn Cob Media. I bought the empty bag so I could fill with higher density/weighted sand. The CCM OEM bag weighs 20lbs...my sand-filled beast was packed snugly at 33.6 lbs. Unfortunately the handle was unable to support the weight and ripped. The normal response was to look for another product...so I did. And nothing out there in the X-Format bags was as functional for the price as the TackDriver. Believe me i researched the crap out of these things elsewhere to compare! All the way down to individual weights and height off the bench to the center valley. The TackDriver again was the winner...max weight capacity and max height. Even the CW dual front snorkel fill spouts were superior in design. There's another manufacturer who puts theirs on the bottom of the bag? Seriously. Long story longer...after coming full circle back to another TackDriver...I reached out to CW who was great and honored their warranty and sent me a replacement at no cost. I did learn some valuable things I now incorporate when filling my range bags. So here's some advice on how to maximize the CW-TD and why it's the only bag I intend to use...again. I now use a 60/40 blend of fill. 60% bottom fill dry sand first. Cut the bottom end of a plastic 16oz soda bottle off and use the threaded cap end into the snorkels. Do not use box store playground bag sand it's too wet and a nightmare clumps to fill not to mention you're adding moisture for future mold to grow inside. Then I top off with upper 40% using far lower cost than CCM worth of 25 oz. of plastic toy stuffing weighted beans. This "mixed bag" weighs approx 16-18lbs. It has sand for weight and stability on bottom and more pliable lighter bead fill on top to cradle/squeeze your forearm. Best of both worlds and you never run into an overweighted situation like I did. The beads are far larger diameter and the sand will always migrate sift through to the bottom storing it same way you use it. The sand now at the bottom only...won't recoil leak out the snorkels like a full sand bag may. I fixed this leaking before by Gorilla taping those openings shut if you decide to stick with 100% sand. The beads again based on their size do not leak through the velcro. That's your MasterClass on the TackDriver and how to maximize it's durability and usage. Hope this helps you decide to go with one yourself. They really are best in class for this style X-Bag and very value oriented at CW's price-point compared to the competition.

Universal Front Bag for Rifle rest
The gun rest I purchased is first class and sturdy. BUT, Caldwell needs to replace the Front Rest Bean Bag with a hard plastic rest. I've gone through two bean bags both time I shot at the range with my AR-15 The fabric doesn't hold up. I just purchased two replacement bags and I might use duct tape wrapped around the bag to help prevent it from tearing.

My go-to rest
I bought this a couple months ago - extremely stable and versatile - I can turn it sideways to approximate a backpack for shooting prone closer to hunting situations. Slippery enough that the gun slides long ways in a repeatable manner and doesn’t snag - lets me shoot smoothly and consistently with good accuracy and precision.

Nice rest but...
Very stable rest. I recommend filling it with a media larger than sand, corncob or walnut hull like I did. The stitching is corse and the filler tends to leak out. Going to seal the seams with black silicone. Other than that it’s a great rest
