The ND filter is also called a light reduction mirror, or a medium gray density mirror. The main function is to reduce the amount of incoming light when the light is too bright, so that the camera can select the correct exposure value and avoid overexposure. It can also "resist to" scattered light, which can improve the color saturation of the picture and make the picture more transparent and bright. The dimming mirror can also shoot some t-mirror effects at slower shutter speeds, such as misty running water, nighttime light rails, etc. When shooting video in the hot sun, you can reduce the shutter speed through the dimming mirror, so that the video screen has Proper dynamic blurring looks more comfortable.
