The CyberPower Systems Startup Service for SM 10-40kVA 3-Phase UPS is a 5x8 option performed onsite by an authorized service representative to inspect installation, power on, test functionality, and document the 3-Phase UPS is operating correctly.

Certified Representatives
A CyberPower Systems service representative with the training and experience will come to you location to inspect the installation, verify setup, power on, and verify a UPS is operating as designed.
System and Site Review
A technician will inspect the system for handling damage, proper installation, ensure the site meets operational and environmental requirements, and is accessible for future maintenance and service requirements.
Installation Safety Check
An inspection will be done to confirm the circuit breakers are properly sized, and verify wiring to and from breakers is correct. The incoming voltages will be measured to ensure they match system specifications and phasing, and phase rotation are correct.
Voltage Check
Confirm the system output voltage, and the output waveform is within the defined specifications.
Bypass Check
Test the bypass functions, static and maintenance, to ensure they operate correctly.
LCD Control Panel
Ensure all the operator control panel functions and readings perform as designed.
System Function Tests and Demonstration
A demonstration of all applicable system operation modes will be completed with the appointed customer representative(s).
Battery Load Test
The technician will remove input power to the UPS to simulate an outage and verify the unit is operating on battery as designed.
System Operator Training
After completion of system the start up service, the service technician will provide basic system operator training for up to four (4) onsite operators.
Startup Service Report
A record of the system's baseline data, services performed (if any), and the official system start date will be provided to the customer.
