CyberPower Systems Routine Maintenance - Advanced Plan provides an annual site visit to inspect your 3-Phase UPS to ensure optimal performance. The service includes a visual, electrical, mechanical, and environmental inspection. Verification of operation is done with a functional check of the event logs, alarms, input, output, and static bypass. System updates are checked and performed if not up to date. A report detailing the inspection and recommended service is provided at the conclusion of the preventative maintenance visit. The Basic Service Plan is available in the 48 US contiguous states.

Labor and Travel Expense Included
The yearly preventative maintenance visit includes labor and travel expenses to reduce budgeting surprises. Unscheduled service visits may include charges for travel expenses.
Preventative Maintenance
Verifies the UPS is operating normally and/or identifies any service-related items that will need to be addressed.
Visual Inspection
A general inspection of the entire unit and it surroundings to ensure equipment is being maintained and operates as designed.
Environmental Inspection
Verifies the UPS is installed and operating in an environment that is within the equipment's specified operating conditions including but not limited to room temperature, airflow, dust contamination, etc.
Mechanical and Electrical Inspection
Inspect all power and control wire termination points, as well as all physical UPS components to verify all connections are secure.
Functional Verification
Includes checking the UPS event and alarm logs. Verifying input, output, and bypass voltage and current values are within factory specifications. Checks transfer to on-battery operation and transfer to and from static bypass. Check parallel operation performance if configured.
Updates Verified
Inspect, verify, or implement all Field Advisories and Field Modifications issued by CyberPower.
Reporting
A site report documenting the UPS status and on-site actions will be provided by CyberPower. Recommendations for additional service activities identified during inspection and preventative maintenance will also be provided.
