Waited weeks for this due to the holidays, and CoronaVirus. Set it up and - NOTHING! Completely dead. No POWER! After testing all connections with tech support. Know what CyberPower wanted me to do? Disassemble the computer so we can start sending parts BACK, and FORTH. WHAT! Suppose a car dies in your driveway the day you buy it. Will you remove, and rebuild the engine because they said so? Duh - NO!

This cp is very fast, and easy to use. super fast start up, comes with a remote to change cp colors and has many options for multi colors too. The mouse is NOT programmable, comes standard with presets already determined but love that it has lights and keyboard also lights up so everything matches. however, I decided to use my wireless mouse that already has a few of my presets on it and I am happier. Keyboard comes with media player buttons and keys are very responsive. Love this computer!!
