PC was on back order and it STILL arrived within days. Great customer service and communication on their end. PC arrived intact and it's literally plug and play. Simple setup, looks amazing and runs great. My first gaming PC too. Did extensive research on what to get as well as what to avoid. Adorama has a wide variety of PC's to choose from and this is what best fit my budget. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

This purchase and the company far exceeded my expectations.I purchased this computer strictly for the ability to run my flight simulator, since I have installed and turned on this system I have decided to get rid of my laptop workstation and dual monitors and use this system for everything I do. I do graphic arts with Adobe and Corel, I also work from home for my full time company and this computer fills all needs.

Great deal on a great computer. Was looking for an AMD Ryzen computer for work and they didn't let me down. If anything, got more bang for my buck! Really cool case, with some LED fans in there really make it pop. Also serves as an artwork display for your kids!

This is a great rig for the money. I normally build my own PC's but due to timing, needed to find something a little more practical. I went with this one. I'm glad I did! Shipping was quick. Setup was effortless and the machine was ready to go within minutes of taking it out of the box. It runs like a dream. The only painful part is moving all of my old files over to the new machine. No regrets at all! I would highly recommend it. Plus.. It looks good. I love the case!

This was so worth buying. The pc is already pre-built which is a huge plus. I'm so glad I bought this when I could. The graphics card is so hard to find alone so building a pc would've been more expensive than to buy this pre-built one. It works very well and runs extremely fast. I have no complaints about how this PC works. It's the best. It runs Valorant and Elden Rings with no problem and amazing graphics.

Bought 2 of them as Christmas presents for my kids (9 & 13) and it?s been almost a month now and they love them. Their older brothers who are both gamers with a pricier set up even thought these were a great bang for the buck. No troubles playing any of the games they?ve wanted, and seems to do the job for entry level gaming. The only complaint I have is the headset that came in the package has to be plugged into a different spot to talk verses listen. So they have to unplug it from one port, switch it to the other, say something, and then switch it back.

Hello, I recently purchased the CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Gaming Desktop Computer, AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6GHz, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD + 1TB HDD, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12GB, Windows 10 Home, Free Upgrade to Windows 11 and i was nothing but satisfied with my purchase. First off the company gave me a rtx 3060 ti ( which is 3x better than the original graphics card that was paid for). Second the computer runs super smooth when casual gaming or even playing AAA titles with frame rates never dropping below 60fps on max settings. Lastly the computer is very queit and makes little to no noise when running multiple tabs or even gaming. I also liked how the PC came earlier than expected and also came with a lightup keyboard and light up mouse (with multiple lighting options).

I expected my computer to arrive in around 1-3 weeks, but it arrived in a couple of days. The package had many protective layers for the computer as well as the inside of the computer too. I've been using the computer for about a month now and I'm completely satisfied with this product.

I was really worried this computer was gonna be bad because my last prebuilt from a other company came broken because whoever made it must have made it unproperly and it overheated but when this pc came in I was very surprised. It had good airflow and didn't overheat and it was actually built well with good good cable management and everything. The PC was a good deal for the price. If I ever get a prebuilt again I will definitely be sticking with CyberPowerPC
