Bought a Pc for my son and it showed up in a timely manner and in great condition. Had no problems getting it running and the price was very good. It was also nice to customize it how I wanted too.

Couldn't Be More Satisfied!
The shipping via UPS was exactly as quoted, the PC itself came with all the promised components (including undisclosed upgrades to the ASUS Prime Z790-V board, Delta RGB 6,000 MHz RAM and the unspecified Gigabyte TX 4080 Super), driver updates were quick and painless (Armoury Crate was Essential for the RGB effects & BIOS updates), and everything showed up in Device Manager without hassle. I cannot Wait to see what this powerhouse is capable of!

Satisfied Customer, Twice (2017 / 2024)
This is my second CyberPower PC. The first was ordered directly from CyberPower in 2017. That computer is still going strong, but won't be upgradeable to Windows 11. I'm pushing the limits of what that machine can do because I edit a lot of 4K video and a lot of high resolution photos. (You can see my work at FocusOnWildlife.Me, Facebook.Com/FocusOnWildlife and on youtube where my channel is NeedsMoreRitalin.
The case is great, the fans are quite. Adding drives was a breeze with a glass door that opens like a cabinet. I added an NVMe and a 14TB HDD.
Cord management is smart.
So far this PC is lightning fast and I look forward to many years of reliable service.
The only problem is that my old one lit up orange, this one lights up rainbow...its only a matter of time before my wife realizes I upgraded ;)

No Issues for me
Good components for a reasonable price and little build markup. There was quick delivery, I ordered it on Saturday, it shipped on Monday, and was here on Wednesday. I've heard horror stories about CyberPower, but I had no issues.

Great product - Difficult Journey
The PC I eventually received was excellent, and I have been using it for a year's time and it has stayed as a very capabale PC, able to run all current things at top marks. I am very happy with the product, but it was very difficult to get the product I wanted. Originally, the wrong order was sent to me, a printer, and adorama was very limited in offering me ways to help me secure a product, right after the sales times for black friday and cyber monday had all died out. It took many phone calls and bartering to eventually get a similar product, which then arrived with a broken GPU. I sent it back, they sent it back to me. Once again it had a bad GPU which did not work. The third time I finally got the computer I use today. This process took 3 months.
Again, happy with the end result, but the process was a nightmare.

Great PC, one major drawback
I got this PC 2 weeks ago and so far it has been working great. I can run any game 4k 120 fps and it handles large video/photo files incredibly quick. HOWEVER, the case has terrible ventilation. I first noticed when I was playing Forza Horizon 5 with quality set to 2k. After playing for an hour i checked the PC temp and my gpu was at 90 celcius which if I hadn't noticed that could have probably destroyed my COU. After removing one side of the case the temperature dropped drastically and was able to run 4k 120 fps no problem. For me it's not a dealbreaker I just remove part of the case if I'm playing something that requires a lot of power but it could be a dealbreaker for many. NOTE: this could just be a problem with my specific build considering I haven't seen anyone else with this model have the same issue.

Great experience
Ordered a cyberpower pc with a 4090 GPU. My experience was nothing short of awesome. Customer service was great when I thought delivery was going to be late! (Which it wasn?t) especially around the holidays! The computer came in great shape. Packaging was very well thought out and nothing was cracked/broke. All in all I would most definitely order from them again. Along with Cyberpower!

4090 & i9-13900KF beast
I've got the 4090 with i9-13900KF from this website. The PC arrived a little bit late since the PC is backordered. However, at the time I'm getting the PC, everything changes. Definitely make my life better.

Awesome machine
The machine is super awesome. I upgraded to this computer and I must say, I am impressed. The machine arrived as stated and packaged extremely well. It took literally 5-min of unpacking to start-up. I highly recommend this stable, super-fast system if you are looking for an upgrade.

Great buy, Better price
Computer came 1 week after purchase which isn?t bad at all! It performs very well. I run a few fps games and work on the pc.
I would just recommend more Ram but that?s just preference for those shooting for skies.

Excellent Purchase for Home Office Use
I am not a gamer. I purchased this to use in my home office for MS Office work, email, basic web design work, and some graphics work. This CyberPowerPC purchase was my first non-refurbished PC in some time. I have been very pleased with my decision. The computer boots and runs fast, runs at reasonable temps, and continues to serve all of my needs. Windows 11 also upgraded flawlessly, and the driver updates with the tray app keep it updated. I am very happy with my purchase. It is my first PC purchase from Adorama, but not my first purchase from them. I find Adorama a reliable source.

My thoughts on this PC
What I liked about this pc:
? Great price
? PC runs amazing
? No bloatware
Minor complaints:
? The RGB isn't lighting up correctly on one of the fans
? makes odd humming noise every few seconds
Things to know about this PC:
? Comes with 2 sticks of ram instead of 1 which allows for dual channel!
? It has expandable storage

Great system with some caveats.
PC arrived undamaged despite shipping outside of the US. PC would constantly freeze on Idle for no reason. Cyberpower PC support tried to help but was unable to find the cause. I eventually found the problem to be a voltage issue. When set to the default auto voltage setting, the MSI motherboard would sometimes dip the voltage under the CPU requirements, causing a system lockup.
I solved this issue by manually setting the voltage in the BIOS to 1.270. I haven't seen much info about this issue since most reviewers tend to overclock and set their voltages manually. I came across a Gamers Nexus video that states MSI motherboards are a little wonky with voltage control vs brands like Asus.
Despite the headache, I'm happy with the system. I think Cyberpower PC should fully test these systems for stability, instead of just being able to boot and post.

PC works great for gaming and doing school work. Was a great price for the power of the PC and the tech works great. I feel like CyberPower gives the best price for the quality and specs. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a PC, especially newer PC buyers. Only problem was with adorama shipping is slow and one of the buttons came badly scratched.
