The Fomapan R100 is designed for capturing stunning black-and-white transparencies and creating monochromatic movies.
The Fomapan R100 features a unique spectral sensitization that ensures an accurate transfer of color tones into the grayscale when exposed in daylight. It also maximizes the film speed when exposed in artificial light.
The antihalo layer is an efficient component positioned between the base and emulsion layers of the film. It enhances the film's resolving power and high contour sharpness, and it decolorizes during processing to further improve the overall image quality.
The Fomapan R100 has a nominal speed rating of ISO 100/21deg when processed in R-100 Process. Other processes may cause deviations from this nominal film speed.
The Fomapan R100 is typically produced on a durable cellulose triacetate safety film base that's 0.125 mm thick. However, it's also available on a polyester film base of the same thickness for those requiring higher mechanical resistance and dimensional stability.

I was given an 8mm movie camera and projector by my father. This film has worked out great for me for fun and nostalgia. The only problem I have is my camera only uses 25' (7.62m) of the 32.81' (10m), but that's the cameras short coming, the important thing is it work well in my camera.

This is truly the cheapest and best double 8 film out there, folks. Fine grain film, beautiful resjlts, and some shots looked better than the best super 8 reels I have!

I picked up a few rolls of regular 8mm for my Minolta Zoom 8 camera. I processed it myself in a Lomo tank and couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended even though it is the only option I know of for fresh double 8mm. If you and the camera do your parts you will not be disappointed.
