I was given an 8mm movie camera and projector by my father. This film has worked out great for me for fun and nostalgia. The only problem I have is my camera only uses 25' (7.62m) of the 32.81' (10m), but that's the cameras short coming, the important thing is it work well in my camera.

This is truly the cheapest and best double 8 film out there, folks. Fine grain film, beautiful resjlts, and some shots looked better than the best super 8 reels I have!

I picked up a few rolls of regular 8mm for my Minolta Zoom 8 camera. I processed it myself in a Lomo tank and couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended even though it is the only option I know of for fresh double 8mm. If you and the camera do your parts you will not be disappointed.

Make your photography stand out with the Fomapan R100 16mm One-Edge Perforated Black and White Reversal Film. This high-quality, professional-grade film is produced by Foma, a brand renowned for its exceptional photography products.
Designed for capturing stunning black-and-white transparencies and creating memorable movies, the Fomapan R100 is a panchromatic sensitized reversal film. Its spectral sensitization is expertly crafted to transfer true color tones into a gray scale when exposed in daylight. Simultaneously, it optimizes the film speed when exposed in artificial light, making it a versatile choice for various lighting conditions.
One of the standout features of this durable film is its highly efficient antihalo layer. Positioned between the base and emulsion layers, this layer enhances the film's resolving power and high contour sharpness, resulting in crisp, clear images. During processing, the antihalo layer decolorizes, further enhancing the film's performance.
With a nominal speed rating of ISO 100/21deg, the Fomapan R100 is designed for processing in R-100 Process. However, it's adaptable to other processes, although these may cause deviations from the nominal film speed. For this reason, it's recommended to conduct trial tests to determine the real film speed in such cases.
The Fomapan R100 is typically produced on a 0.125 mm thick cellulose triacetate safety film base, or on a polyester film base of the same thickness when higher demands concerning mechanical resistance and dimensional stability are required. This ensures the film's reliability and longevity, making it a trusted choice for photographers seeking to produce high-contrast images with a wide range of tones.
