I really like the lens on this thing. The pictures looked great, but unfortunately the mechanical part of the camera was pretty junky. The stiff shutter action makes the camera lurch right at the moment of shooting, so you're likely to get motion blur instead of what you wanted to take a picture of. The film wind would stop advancing before the end of the roll, so I ended up wasting lost of film, thinking I was done when I actually had as many as 10 half-frame shots left. Square mode spaces the shots out at 35mm intervals so you get wide empty gutters in between frames (more wasted film). And finally, the shutter stopped working. Sometimes it would fire, sometimes it wouldn't, and I could not deal with that unpredictability. I had this thing for less than a year and had to toss it. Disappointing. A new camera (even a toy one) shouldn't fail that soon.
