Item works as advertised to provide a reasonably clear LCD protection against scratches. The item is over-packaged (bigger than a DVD case) to increase visual impact even though the contents could fit in a box the size of a TV remote. Ten times the amount of application liquid necessary was included along with a poorly trimmed rubber mini squeegee and the 2.5 inch clear sticker. After application, the protector becomes a lint/dust/fingerprint magnet so keep something on hand to wipe it off. The many slight imperfections in the protector's surface distort the areas beneath them slightly. Even with the cons, this is still the best option for protecting your LCD screen out there. What I don't understand is why these are even needed. My old Fuji S2Pro had an LCD screen that never got scratched despite being drug all over the third-world for years, but the newer D40 got a scratch on the second week of ownership.[...]
