I bought one off of Woot, and returned it because it wouldn't hold a charge. Then I found them for sale on the Denon website, and gave that a try, because I thought maybe the one on Woot was a refurbished product. I bought two from Denon. All 3 had the same problem: After charging according to the instructions, they only held their charge for about 10 minutes, with the low charge warning regularly beeping throughout before shutting down. It's a shame, because they sounded great!

I purchased these for use when running. The initial set that I received did not work but Denon replaced and I'm very happy with the sound and fit. The only issue is that the battery life does not seem to be very long as I have to recharge after only a few uses.

Battery life is only 40 minutes and that is listening to a podcast not booming bass which kills batteries even faster. Sound and quality are great but the lack of battery life makes this item unless for me. I wrote customer service an email and never heard back.

Although I have always found your sound systems to be among the best in home entertainment I have one issue with my Bluetooth over the ear purchase. The sound is not an problem for me. That quality remains most excellent. I had no doubt they would be superb and was and remains to be of the highest caliber. However I believe that the designer did not factor in anyone who wears glasses. As much as the sound quality is superior to others I have tried I cannot wear them for more than a couple hours as the thickness OMG hook that goes over the ear for someone like myself, (I do wear glasses) they become uncomfortable for me after an hour or so. I love the sound quality. The fit hurts due to wearing them w/my glasses. The thickness of the ear hook for me makes them uncomfortable. The superior sound quality still remains; supreme.

Bought these for my daughter, and I read that they fit really well for women. My daughter works out and runs a lot. She said they weren't secure around the ear and kept sliding off. She now uses another brand. I'm a believer in Denon as I purchased a AVR-x3500 last year, which is great...even got my friend to buy the AVR-x3600 for his house. So I thought that Denons headphones would be as great as their other products, unfortunately they're not. She also mentioned that the sound isn't great, but not bad also. There weren't a lot of reviews on these, so that should have been a red flag. Just my 2 cents. Tony D.

Hard to fit into my ears, once inserted very uncomfortable, always adjusting and readjusting without getting them to fit correctly, to get the perfect fit for the perfect sound. I sent them back for a refund.

Very good move to switch more rigid construction. Also foam tips are perfect. You should include other foam sizes as they provide much better sound quality. Hard to find you in top headphones but you deserve to be in to 3

When I started researching for good set of headphones that I could use when cycling, I came across the earlier model I saw many mixed reviews in terms of quality control.5Many reviews indicated that the sound would stop working suddenly. Unfortunately, the same seems to be true for this model. I was hoping that when I purchased this particular set those quality control issues would have been resolved. The sound quality of these headphones are great. However I would not recommend these headphones due to Quality standards issues or something relating to this design that keeps causing similar types of issues where they had phones suddenly stopped functioning. In my situation, I hear audio coming from one ear. I will be exploring other avenues to reach out to support because due to the hurricane, their call center is not available.
