Like the sound but Bluetooth will no longer connect to any device. In researching, I've discovered I am not the only one with this issue

Frustrated!!

Spotify is not available in my country Pakistan. Please help me out for alternate app for Android. 
Also please let me  know that she'll I have to download the application to play the 4k movies? Bcoz unable to play the 4k videos through my receiver 1200W.

Grate sound

This receiver replaced an old Denon AVR-683 which still works flawlessly. It was just time for some HDMI connections and bluetooth. So far, I'm pleased. Had some issues early on with the volume control showing up on the tv (which I didn't like since it mimic'd my Sony TV volume box), but once I figured out how to make the receiver pass through, its been fine. Video switching is fast and accurate and I've had zero issues connecting with a bluetooth device. Sound wise, this receiver on paper is rated at about the same power as my 683 was, but seems to have more guts to it when watching movies. It also seems to do better than my old 683 when playing music.

I'm Pleased

The specs on this receiver are excellent and for the system I am running it is perfect. For those complaining just because Pandora stopped working and then giving bad reviews for crying out loud if that is all you care about why buy this receiver. Pandora is not the best feature receiver has. Just like any other equipment now a days there are updates you will survive.

Excellent reviever  sound is superb

I'm really liking this receiver. It handles my speakers beautifully. I just ordered new surrounds so I'll take my monitors and mount them for Atmos. 4k support is great. Audessey calibration wouldn't work for me but I think it's because of the acoustics in my small room

Awesome receiver for my 5.2 Def Tech set up

I'm having the same trouble with Pandora, worked fine for a few months and now won't start! Pandora responded through customer service that Denon needs update to fix problem...but there is no getting to Denon customer service. 
Also, there's all those stickers on the front of the receiver 'Spotify' etc, but no way during setup to access those. 
Disappointed and frustrated!

Recommended by Best Buy, no way it's the best

Loved this receiver when I got it several months ago. Then Pandora went out, and Denon is working on it, but for the last month. Then that nice APP stopped working. Loaded the APP on to another device and nothing, strong wi-fi throughout the house and everything else is fine but the receiver cannot be seen by devices with the APP. And now the Bluetooth has stopped working, and again, everything else is working fine but the receiver cannot be seen by any Bluetooth device.
