The Keybord and the mouse are amazing design and so beautiful with the RGB lighting. The options and the quality of the products are amazing. The 2 in one mouse is well responding, the battery life is unbelievable 350 hours working with one go. I do Recommend this products 100% for any PC gamers user or any normal computer user who like special products, quality and unique stuff.

Nicely lit keys and plenty of color, has enough weight and grip to not slide around. Feels sturdy. Not the loud click type of keyboard (but you can still hear when the key bottoms out.) Only downside is that the key lights are group coordinated, not individually set.

The keyboard is good quality, i have no complaints there. My issue is the macro keys. They trigger on release vs when pressed/held down. I tried to set a macro to act as if im pressing ctrl+shift and it was not possible. Alienware confirmed this by stating that their macros work on release.

Need better documentation on using the board's many buttons. But, it is better than the chicklet thing that came with the computer. The computer itself starting out running very well. But, after only a couple of months it has bogged down and I have no idea why. Need some way of reviewing what is running in the background and permanently disabling and removing such things.

Handy to have in dark areas when you get older like me. I can change the color, dim or brighten the light. You can easy see the letters/numbers and keys. Change the speaker control and much more. I"m not a gamer but it is hard to find a key board with options like the AW768 that I needed to see well in my dark area. It works well with my new Dell XPS desktop computer.I downloaded a program to make any adjustments or change the colors as i wont. That makes it nice. I had points to use up as well as this key board was on sale at the time, so compared to other lighted up key boards it was a good deal. I hope it lasts a long time for my needs, I don't need to keep a light on now to see the keys.

I rated the Alienware keyboard with 4 stars because many of the keys on the keyboard show the letters and icons printed on many of the typing keys are not like the standard layout of the keyboard that I have been using since 2003.

This keyboard is pretty much what I expected, and it suits me needs. My only gripe about it is that the keys are a little too close together for me to type rapidly. My hands are pretty big and the keys are much closer than the wireless keyboard I was using.

Its nice but I wish the themes were a little more customizable with all the rgb, for instance when I play league of Legends I wish I could make the q,w,e,r a more prominent solid color while the rest of the keys could do cool effects.

Perfect gaming keyboard. The alien head turns off the keyboard lights and the sound has its own rolly button. Perfect feel and sound of the keys. Prefer it over my other gaming keyboard i use. Software lets you do some interesting patterns.

I purchased this keyboard because I wanted an Alienware themed, backlit, RGB keyboard to accompany my Area 51. The design of this keyboard matches my Alienware Area 51 and the color scheme of my Alienware laptops, but it isn't specifically matching any specific Alienware desktop since it doesn't have the "triad" on it like the AW959 mouse or the AW988 Headset does. I've been using this keyboard for over a year and have several observations. #1 I'm annoyed by the choice to put the symbols below the numbers, rather than above them. This takes some getting used to. #2 The macros keys on the far left hand can be quite confusing. Not only to program but to avoid. Instinctively you press them when you don't want to. The newer 510k keyboard removed them entirely. #3 My ASDW keys have already shown paint damage and I need to replace them. Oddly enough, none of the other keys show paint chipping. This is especially bad on the S key. Otherwise: the keyboard has been a great gaming keyboard and great for typing documents. I do feel it's a bit overpriced, but it works perfectly in the areas it needs to. Key travel and comfort for my palms is just right.

my windows 7 machine (which i built) downloads my LOTRO game faster then me dell alienware machine does. both on wifi. still don't know how to use my alienware gaming keyboard. no really good instructions for it.

I’m a casual gamer but love having a high quality keyboard to use with my gaming computer. Plus durability is a must since my children sometimes use it too. I’m so excited to finally own something from this brand. It was easy to get started. Just plug it in and your ready to go. It’s very comfortable to use for typing and gaming. The only part that took a while and was a little frustrating was setting up the light colors. The directions in the box were too vague and the ones I found online were outdated. Through searching and patience and I eventually got the command center installed. I love how customizable it is. Each section of the keyboard can be different colors or themes. As long as you or someone you know can work around that obstacle, then I highly recommend this keyboard. It’s fun to have even if you aren’t a gamer. I think it would be extra pretty on a glass or clear desk.

I am loving this keyboard. I am not only a gamer but I use my computer for personal and work-related things so I am always typing out something. I find this keyboard to be comfortable to use as the angle allows wrist support. There are a lot of features this keyboard offers that makes it appealing such as 15 easy to program macro keys. There is a volume roller on the top right that allows you to quickly adjust the volume as well as a mute key. The lights are very appealing as well and light up nice and vibrant even during the day time. You can change the colors through the keyboard or you may download the Alienware Command Center and make everything fully customized. The keys are easy to press, slightly loud but I actually enjoy the sound. I find the keys to be smooth and perfectly spread out. Overall I feel this is a sturdy keyboard that will stand up to many hours of use. I am impressed with the high quality.

My daughter was so excited when she saw this came for her. She already had a gaming keyboard, but it did not do exactly what she wanted it to do. This one has 15 programmable macro keys, amazing lighting as well as the ability to control volume which works great with her headset. The design is really nice and functional. She loves how smooth and responsive this is to all she does with it. Very pleased to have a gaming keyboard that is meeting her needs.

I really like this keyboard. It's a mechanically sound and solid keyboard. It's great for gaming and I like that it has the macro keys even though the placement is a little confusing for anyone who usually reaches to the top left for the escape key.lol. the LEDs are beautiful and bright and I enjoy making the different color schemes. Now my gripes with this keyboard are really mostly software related, it's very buggy and doesn't seem to communicate with the keyboard correctly I had to restart a number of times before I could get it set up. I also think with a keyboard this high and thicker than average should really include a wrist rest instead of making you buy it separately but this isn't really a make or break thing I just think it would be a nice touch so it's not uncomfortable. All in all I really love this keyboard and have been thoroughly enjoying using it.

The packaging was bright, clean and secure. Unboxing was simple and all materials and instruction documents were present and undamaged. Installation took less than five minutes and had no issues whatsoever. The action on the keys is smooth and there are no problems with functionality. The keyboard makes a distinct "clack" with every keystroke. It's brown keys so not as strong a clack as some boards. It was easy to set up with no signs of trouble after several days of regular use. The underkey lighting is vivid and bright without being a distraction. Also, the keyboard itself is sufficiently heavy so as not to go sliding while in use, or when grabbed by a rogue toddler. Being slightly larger than my last keyboard, it fits to my hands better, but I was thrown off by the positioning of the home keys. After a day or two I adjusted and have had few mistakes with typing. I use it more for writing than for gaming so I don't use the hot keys much. So far, the product seem durable, with no signs of scratching despite having been dropped more than once from desk height. The cable seems sturdy, with no fraying even after the weight of the board hung from it for several minutes.

This keyboard works perfectly for gaming. It's very large because of the macro key column. I don't really mind just keep in mind it is pretty heavy for a keyboard so you won't be taking this with you on trips. The lights make it very appealing it looks really cool. Another nice aspect is that it has 3 different angle options as well as anti slip rubber feet so it stays in place. Overall a pretty decent gaming keyboard

Alienware Pro AW768 wireless gaming keyboard was very fun to use. It was easy to set up with my laptop, ergonomically comfortable, and the multi-colored lights were an awesome added bonus. I would definitely recommend this keyboard.

My gaming setup now has a great addition. I really love how I can completely customize my setup to make my gameplay much smoother for each game that I play as well as being able to customize my color schemes to match my current setup. I like that the keyboard is also rather heavy and has a bit of weight to it because it makes me feel confident that this will last me a long time due to how durable it is. I also like that the keyboard has a tilt to it which make it comfortable on my hands during long gaming sessions. This keyboard has easily set the bar for what gaming keyboards should be.

The Alienware Pro AW768 gaming keyboard is top of the line in my opinion! It is really well made, sturdy, customizable and brilliant technology! I absolutely love it. It’s so user friendly download the keyboard center and customize the keyboard to your liking. It lights up and you can also change the colors as well. I think it’s brilliantly made! It’s excellent value for a gaming keyboard! The performance is top notch! I highly recommend!
