Alright for computer, no Bluetooth, old technology
I should have read the description better. Wireless doesn't necessarily mean Bluetooth, it uses a USB dongle. The sound is alright, no noise cancelling, the loudness isn't good enough to listen to loud music. They are an okay product, nothing out of the ordinary. Too expensive for what they are, simple dongle, wired, no noise cancelling, standard sound headphones.

Never had more trouble out of a gaming headset in my life.
Upon receiving the headset my first thoughts were that they looked amazing. But after trying to set them up on my Alienware laptop I quickly found out that they were almost worthless. The alienware command center doesn't recognize the device nor does the sound center. So setting up the EQ presets is impossible. Crazy how an Alienware headset would be so buggy with an alienware laptop. Other than that they look great and are comfy. I cant really comment on sound because I haven't been able to use their full potential.

You pay this kind of money you would expect battery to last longer than 4 hours. Worst purchase ever seriously. I always hear alienware was best and reviews said so. What a waste dont waste money seriously never been more dissatisfied in life. Dont make my mistake.

Great sound quality, but not loud enough

Excellent choice for comfortable set and sound
extremely comfortable over the ear. easily turn off mic by pushing the boom up. battery life has been over 12 hours, charging overnight. honestly the best fitting headphones I have had in a long time. sound quality is better than my Logitech G930 wireless set

Great headset overall. Has a drop down Mic that mutes when you put it back up and its ver comfortable. Audio is amazing and clear. Best headset ive ever had.

Works great with Alienware Command Center. The biggest reason to get it to keep all RGB accessories together in one program. They sound great.

Not worth it if you have an alien ware laptop.
The headphone would not work as soon as I got them and their tech staff said it was because I didn’t have alien ware laptop.

It is comfortable and good sound. Only bad thing would be the short battery life. I get about 1hr to 1.5hrs

Great wireless headphones. The only thing I wish it had a choice between noise canceling and being able to hear around me. The other thing would being able to adjust the automated voice in your ear. Other than that. I am very please and they are the best pair I own.

AW988 headset wireless
No complains about these headsets, good sound, fits comfortable . Only con is that my head/skull is weird shape so the ARC above my head doesn’t look as normal . Haha.

Nice Headset.
Nice headset. Way too much for what you get. Didn't work well with all internet chat options and doesn’t keep a good charge. Very comfortable to wear and love how you can keep the Bluetooth plug in the headset when not using.

Dongle broke accidentally. And the customer service says there is no way to repair. Disappointed.
