Integration beats frustrations.

Works well-easy to use. I am a little slow, so it took me a minute to realize I had to push down on the camera on top for it to pop up. I like the camera/speaker/microphone integration.

Conference Monitor incompatible with Windows 7

I bought this monitor to be added to my old Dell desktop which operates on Windows 7. I explained Goal to sales before I bought it. I wanted to have a monitor which could be used for conferencing. Alas, the mic worked and the sound was great but I cannot get the camera to work in spite of spending about 2 hours with technical support. Technical support person was wonderful. So, now I have to return it.

Great Monitor.

I love this monitor. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box. The pop-up camera is a great plus, and it takes another peripheral off my desk. I highly recommend this for its size and functionality.

27" Dell Videoconferencing Monitor

I bought this monitor to replace my old monitor when the microphone was not working anymore and I couldn't use it for Zoom meetings. I was happy with my old Dell monitor and it lasted for years. The monitor is still good, but not for videoconferencing. I have not used this new monitor for videoconferencing yet. The camera pops up when needed, so there is no need to cover it up when not in use ( the camera on the old monitor was exposed). The 27" screen makes it easy to have two files open at the same time. There is no need for having two separate monitors. In fact, this monitor is larger and I would need a bigger workstation for two monitors. I like the fact this monitor shuts down when my computer goes into sleep mode. The screen quality and resolution for this monitor are good. The one criticism I have is the monitor doesn't come with good instructions or a user manual. I had to figure out how to adjust the height. This monitor is lightweight and I didn't want to push down without examining how the monitor was built. It is not difficult to adjust but the instructions are lacking. The instructions imply the height can be adjusted but they don't specify how. I applaud Dell for its packaging. It is packaged primarily in cardboard so it can be recycled.

Great choice for a monitor.

Excellent monitor. Easy set-up and use. Adjustable height feature with pop-up webcam is valuable feature when fitting monitor into a desk hutch or other piece of furniture. Provides "wide-screen" feel to typical computer monitor experience.

Productivity multitasker with a modest price!

These guys and their 27" USB-C Hub Monitors really saved our butts (And our wallets too!)during the pandemic. When everyone got sent to work from home Docking stations were seeing up to 3 month back order times. Combining this with their 27" USB-C Hub monitor and a laptop not only met our peoples productivity needs, it saved us over $150.00 per employee vs having to buy a docking station, mic, speakers, web cam, etc.

Great picture - finicky size

The display is fantastic and the built-in camera amazing. Particularly since you can physically hide the camera, making it non-functional, when not in use. The size of the stand, however, makes this display somewhat bulky - particularly when used in at-home built-in desk situations with cabinets. Needing multiple cables (HDMI for display, USB for video) is also a bit tricky and makes quick docking/undocking more of a hassle than necessary.

Good video conference monitor.

Really like the monitor and it is nice having the camera and speakers built in that enables video calls without echo. The 720 P max resolution seems lacking and wished the speakers pointing forward not down, but can hear them. The mic seems a little quiet and doesn't seem to be a way to fix that but it works. So far I am happy with the monitor
