Great Adapter
Very good product. The shipping time was accurate and I never had to worry about the reliability of the adapter. I would definitely recommend Dell for this.

The sales support person was great and very patient in explaining how to use the adapter.
But I am a little disappointed with the two monitors I bought for laptop 5400. One stand was about 1/4 inch higher and both are not at the same level.

Not much to say about this little adapter. I like the small form factor and it worked out of the box - no installation required. Great for adding a second screen to my Dell laptop, without all the added bulk and complexity of a docking station.

OK, but not what I needed
I give it a 3 only because there was nothing wrong with it except it was not what I expected. It should be made clear that this will NOT work to connect an HDMI monitor to the USB-C port of a XPS desktop.
