Excellent display

Easy to set up, , but no instruction regarding how to set up the display resolution, which is located in Windows control, not in the settings of the display itself. It took my teen-aged grandson to discover this and set it for me!

Piece of Junk Dont Buy

Bought the 20 inch. It is LIE! It is not a 20 inch. Its a 17 inch. The screen size is 17 inches. The plastic around the monitor is 3 inches of plastic. They are claiming that they are selling you a 20 inch screen is a lie, and desceptive. They are selling a super super tiny 17 inch screen as 20 inch screen which is not. Also its height is the smallest Ive ever ever seen.

Great product - great price!

This size is perfect for desktop, small work areas. The rectangular screen displays everything completely and the resolution is amazing. As a graphic artist, it became impossible to use the original tiny 13" square monitor. Images and text were hidden under the margins. I wish I'd bought this monitor long ago. Dell rocks!

mixed feelings

I have been happy with the monitor for about a year, but in the past couple of weeks it has developed two 'holes' in the display. They seem to be growing, so I am probably going to have to replace the monitor.

Great quality, good features

This is a great quality monitor with good features for a very reasonable price. The narrow bezel means you can put two side-by-side with excellent clarity and visibility. The height adjust and swivel are helpful and the clean lines and structure of the base hide the cords to make the setup look very professional.

Nice monitor with pros and cons

Nice wide screen. Handy for putting two programs on the screen at the same time. My only disappointment was that I didn't check out the dimensions. I had hoped that the bigger screen would allow for larger type. I can make it larger but then I miss things at the bottom of the screen. I gain in the width but if I make the font larger I lose in the height.

sucks

there is no sound/speakers on this monitor! You have to pay $69 extra to get a sound bar. It doesn't tell you that on the site. Plus, I ordered a 20" monitor and received an 18". Also, one of the plugs for the monitor doesn't fit my new Dell desktop. You get connected to someone in India for customer service, which is useless and frustrating. I'm returning both the computer and the monitor and will never buy Dell again.

Great Monitor

I was just delivered my new monitor today. I am 71 years old and found it very easy to put together. The colours are beautiful and it is very bright. It goes into sleep mode when not in use. Very good monitor for the price.

Monitor is fine except that it is missing one of the letters in the front.- The L in Dell is missing so it is kind defective. I would like to get a replacement L but Dell will not send it.

I would like to have the Monitor be 100% but the letter L from the front is missing. Wish someone could send me an L. I would recommend this but since it is defaced I will have to say No

Mini Screen

My old computer monitor was 20 in. so I ordered same size this time. Although this one measures 20 inches, the height is 1 1/2 in shorter.
