An inexpensive monitor that does what it says
The E-series is a decent monitor line. It is inexpensive, and Dell does a good job. However, hookup options on the E-series are lacking. If you need something more than VGA and DisplayPort, look at a P-Series monitor.

Great FHD monitor!

Good value monitor
it is a good monitor for the money BUT if you plan on a dual-monitor set up you will need a CPU with a Display Port (that is different from the USB standard, some older boxes don't have this facility in which case you'll need an adaptor. Only 3 bucks from China but a month before it arrives.

Go with the P series instead.
For the small savings it isn?t really worth not having extra connections and the adjustable stand. P series is the way to go for the best value.

Good monitor but dissapointed with the connector types. Are we seriously still using VGA and Display Port. All monitors should simply have HDMI

Nice Monitor But....
Monitor was great. I was a little unhappy that it did not come with the correct cables for the computer that was purchased at the same time. The Dell rep did not specify that I would need to purchase the correct cable...

Monitor has no HDMI inputs. Beware.
No HMDI input on this monitor. Only DP and VGA. New Dell PC purchased with the monitor only had HDMI or VGA. So, was forced to use inferior, old technology for graphics using VGA.
