not 100% satisfied.
I like the computer and the ease with which i can use it. However, the fact that I had to do a hard reset within the first two weeks it arrived does not please me at all.

I own many laptops! I needed an inexpensive laptop to run my Astrophotography setup and one I could haul around easily. This one suits that need very well. It is a good value for the money and is all you can expect from a laptop in this price range.

Not impressed!
It takes several LONG minutes to start and once on the Internet, it is very slow in opening web sites. My old computer was much faster and more efficient than this one, sad to say.

4 GB is not enough
After installing MS Office and Norton Security the computer indicated that it was low in memory. Haven’t started using it before I needed to upgrade it.

I would if I could only find the way to Support Assist!
Have just purchased a new Dell with Windows 10. It came with no instructions as to how I find Support Assist. How do I start using this computer with no instructions. I am not computer literate and My 'dear ancient' old Dell was very different to the new one. Help please

Don't bother with this one
It's slow, the microphone hardly worked after day 2, he blue tooth is crap, usb ports are hit or miss. Just a lemon. Go for the 5000 series.

Hard to believe
Love how easy migrate was. Size and features are also good. However, selling a Windows laptop with 4 GB of RAM is ridiculous. 8-16 GB should be standard.

Inspiron 3580 is no good
I am very disappointed with my purchase. The laptop is extremely slow and I'm not talking about gaming or videos. It is very slow in everything. I wish I could return it.

Would not work right
I could not use right out of box it kept freezing up or it would take forever to start up or do anything. Now it just freezes up on me some of time, not really worth the money to buy this computer.

Slow Processor - Minimal Instructions
I love the way the laptop feels and looks. But compared to my normal office computer it takes too long to load and the mousepad is either slow to the touch or an internal glitch slows own the machine. These complaints are with the perspective that a new computer have all instructions and glitches easily explained. In the future send similar instructions to consumers who buy refurbished laptops. Helps cut out the concerns.
