There are better Ryzen 5 2500u based laptop alternatives
It is a really bad laptop for its price. Performance and thermal issues is prevalent in this laptop model. Running ZOOM while browsing the web using Chrome, temperatures are sky high with an average of 75°C-80°C. Performance degradation during high temperatures is so obvious. It takes 3 seconds for tabs to open in Chrome.
Sometimes users can experience fan problems. Rattling fans when it spins fast, and abnormal fan curves are really to be expected in this specific model.
I recommend Acer sf315-41 if users want a ryzen 5 2500u base device. It has aluminum top cover , better build quality and a better display

Decent but can be loud
It is a good laptop but the fans sometimes cant dissipate the heat fast enough

Fantastic Equipment

I write this review after about 1 month of usage. And it is found that I did a right decision on buying this laptop. Performance is so good, great battery backup and great service provided by dell.

FANTASTIC LAPTOP.
Very quick responsive Laptop, sleek design and keyboard nice to the touch .Excellent value for money ,don't think there is a better laptop in this price range ,it does everything I ask of it 10/10.

Really easy to set up
Bought this new laptop for home working, as my other is being used for home schooling. It has been so easy to set up, and has synched with my other devices through my Microsoft profile. It couldn't have been easier.

I love this laptop
I bought this laptop 1 week ago and I really like to work on it. It's fast, reliable and do everything I need. The only one thing what disturbed me little bit is that the laptop heat up quite quickly and get really hot. I was worried about it so I had to buy a laptop cooler which is working very well, and resolved the problem. So, I'm completely happy now.

great laptop
My Dell Inspiron 3585 is great. Whilst it is a little noisy when plugged in, it runs every program with ease and it has plenty of space for downloads. I use my Inspiron primarily to use the internet and to playdownloaded games like The Sims 4 and use Steam.

VALUE FOR MONEY
Excellent price and the perfect machine for studies, home use and occasional work. Plenty of memory and Office 365 and apps run really well. Screen size is brilliant foe spreadsheet work. Around good buy.

Inspiron 3585
This laptop is fantastic for its good price. It does all I need of it, with the support if Dell's strong reputation for quality and reliability. Although I am not using the laptop for hardcore gaming, I am sure it will easily allow to be play the occasional game. For home work and internet research it is ideal.
