Look, the laptop is fine, it works wonderfully and is fast. Do not however get the dell active pen pn350m. I got the first one, it didn't work, big deal it happens. I returned it and got a second one which also doesn't work on my 2 in 1. If you go on the dell website, this active pen is recommended for all Inspiron 2 in 1s. I am very upset about this. it doesn't help customer service is extremely slow paced and seems like they don't care at all. like I'm sorry I was sent a defective item. TWICE.

I needed a pc to start my online business my husband got me the dell inspiron 5481. I got to tell you it is an amazing pc you can also use it as a tablet. you can flip the screen and the Microsoft hardware is a plus. go get you one!

I am new to the laptop and so far its great. My concern is that the battery area in the back of the laptop gets really hot. The option for it to connect is giving me a hard time but im trying to fix the problem. The graphics and speed is amazing I LOVE IT!!!!

purchased tried to register says warrantee started 7 months ago. So I get 4 months warrantee. It never did register the laptop. Windows updated and wireless stopped working took a hour on another computer to download new drivers and install. Took 4 hours to update drivers. The software from dell doesn't work had to install all separately.

When I first did initial activation the windows said unable to activate. Said I had a invalid windows and was not a official windows product. I had to completely reboot to factory settings.

I ordered this Dell Inspiron 5498 for my birthday online which was delivered to my door in no time. I took it out of the box and it's exactly what I was looking for. It has fast speed, extremely quiet, linked to my mobile phone which is a great feature to have. I love the versatility of this computer which you can use as a 14" tablet. You will not be disappointed with this one. I never had Dell before but I can honestly see what I was missing.

The i5 8th generation intel process paired with a 256SSD hard drive and 8GB of RAM runs everything I need with ease. It is not a gaming computer but will run simple games. The 2 and 1 feature is very useful and travels with me very easily. For the price this is the perfect laptop for a student or an everyday worker who needs to be on the go with mobile power at their fingertips. Dell did a great job with this computer and I am very happy with my purchase.

I am pleased to have acquired another Dell, Inc. laptop. This time around it is an Inspiron which, is simply lovely and smooth computer to utilize. I am using it out of the box without much configuration change. It's a two in one so the tablet mode makes it even better not to mention the touch screen which some computer manufacture have still not figured out that is a necessary component these days. The speed is good for day to day operation and use. But I have not test it in developer mode to see if it can handle high intensity throughput such as an IDE. So thanks

I'm in love and shocked of the way this computer works! The touch screen is very useful and really good for people who like to play games and do homework. Very fast response and quick loading. Everything I do on here is very accurate. The price range is also perfect. Not too expensive or too cheap. Although the battery drains depending on the application you are using. It also turns into a tablet! recommended!
