I had to send my Inspiron 15 in to get the LCD panel to be replaced not even 6 months after buying now almsot a year after buying the computer I get a CPU failure message.

I purchased a Dell Inspiron 1500 15 and received it on 12/3/18. As soon as I turned it on, the fan was running. It was loud and ran continuously for the 45 minutes to an hour I was using the computer. Plus, the bottom of the laptop got very hot, very fast. This is a brand new laptop with 8gen i3 processor, 16GB RAM and 1TB HD. Not what I expected. I have an older Dell Inspiron from 2013 and never had fan or temperature problem.

I bought my Dell Inspiron 15 on October 2016 and since then, I have been using it intensively for work without any problem. The only issue that I had is the SD card reader, but this is feature that barely use.

I recently purchased this item. The first thing I noticed is that it starts up much slower than my 3 year old i3 4gb laptop. It also responds slow to many other basic applications like right click the mouse to create anew folder. Also it has no audio. I tried watching videos on youtube and other media and got complete silence, tried the cd player to play music...did not work either... complete silence. Also the CD/DVD player eject button on the side of the laptop does not work it has to be done by clicking the eject button in the software. This laptop is obviously defective.

It's pretty solid so far. Slightly annoyed with the 'Dell Update' popping up on the right bottom of the screen every 30 minutes. The after the updates another one will pop up again and again.. But pretty solid computer so far, only have had it about a week so let's see..

We’ve had our Inspiron for about a year and wish we had saved our money. It is slow, unreliable and has a very short battery life. Which is so impracticaly short, we may as well have bought a desk top. Personally I hate the mouse buttons being integrated into the mouse pad, constantly having the wrong thing clicked or moved. I’ve shut off as many of the functionalities of the pad as I can, just so it can perform its primary function of moving the pointer and clicking on things without excess frustration. I do not recommend this product.

I bought this laptop by looking at required specifications that i wanted for my work . Lookwise and the body is very attractive and looks durable , but performance wise I'am not satisfied . This laptop have a 16gb ram and i7 core processor of 7th gen but it is still lagging sometimes and taking time to respond . It is not as smooth as i expected it to be performance wise . In other aspects I think it is ok .

This laptop is very heavy. It may not suitable for a lady use. Some screens are exlarged and the quality of the screens is not clear. The tasks are taking longer time compare to the ones with similar specifications that I experienced.

Had this a week, and out of the box it did not impress in any way. Even less when I (gasp! tried to install Office on it. There's no reason a new machine w/ 8GB of RAM, 2.5 GB/7th gen i5 chip, and 1 TB of HD space should suck this bad.

I had a lower version of Dell before I had this new laptop. This one is faster and has more SD storage. It also has Radeon graphics which enhanced the gaming performance. The keys are smooth and friendly to use. Also, you don't have to press "Fn" key to add special Characters

this is my first laptop, bought this laptop (dell 5567 i3 4GB RAM, 1TB Hrdsk.) by this month ie: 25/September/2018 .. facing major problem that is system performance when I start the laptop its taking to much time to get started compare to other laptops , I didn't even put pen drive or anything such things that can lag my laptop, I just installed one application that is google chrome, after getting started its taking too much time to load, when I open a application taking too much time, sometimes its getting hanged , if I open two or more applications at a time its getting hanged ,,, being 4gb ram its too slow, I am very disappointed with this product, I'm worrying to download games or to put pen drive, on other hand the mouse touch pad is very bad, yakkkk feeling very bad after buying your product

Though Inspiron 5567 meets most of the qualifications of a new age laptop, I repent to point out that at times the lap is running quite slow. Also, Bluetooth connectivity is not user friendly.
